We're seeing telegraf errors when it tries to parse rejected requests from remote-settings. Ex.

2024-12-09T15:18:32Z E! [inputs.statsd] Splitting '|', unable to parse metric: Remote Settings PROD.request_summary:method.get.endpoint./buckets/main/collections/{rejected_path}|s

Probably need to do some path sanitation for telegraf.
