Multiple tooltips display concurrently

Clicking one "Blocked" link, then another, keeps both tooltips open.

Yeah. I know. I had this working correctly, then an upgrade of bootstrap changed some things about the plugin and broke it completely. I had enough time to get it working as it does now, but not w/ the autohide of other open ones.

Thanks for the report. I'd forgotten to mark this down as a todo.

Minor detail. Bonus points to hide tooltips when the 'escape' key is pressed. :D
