This is an app for splunk made to study and practice the splunk documentation and the process of creating an app.
It creates a custom view with the message "hello world" injected through a js function. It also creates a database index to store data, and a predefined search to browse through it.
Copy the contents of this repository into $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/hello_world and restart your Splunk.
