I know what's wrong, don't know how to fix it, contact support to figure out how to deal with this, offer them to pay for their time.

Once this works, the step to move things to a new hosting account will be easier to take.

This couldn't get fixed, we moved on, using legacy editor now. Which is fine.

Going to spend another moment into figuring out why this doesn't work. Probably because of either my custom .htaccess stuff or permalinks.
