As this repo is rather inactive (see e.g. #102 or #100), but still used by many people of the D community (i.e. DCD) - should we move it to dlang-community?

CC at a few people from the msgpack team @repeatedly @frsyuki @gfx @iconara @komamitsu @kosaki @kuenishi @kzk as I'm not sure who the best person to talk to about this is.

I'm a maintainar but I'm too busy for other project.
So adding new maintainer to this repository or moving to dlang-community is better for uses.
Both are ok for me.

@repeatedly if there's a chance to move this project to the dlang-community this would be great as it has been proven successful in the past and a few projects in dlang-community like DCD depend on msgpack-d.

How can we get this project moved? Is there a @msgpack admin around?

can a @msgpack owner manifest himself ? We will invite you @dlang-community, as collaborator, which will allow the transfer I believe.

@lempiji what do you think about moving this to dlang-community?

We would invite you as member to dlang-community so you would still be able to manage this repository.

@WebFreak001
I appreciate the invitation to move the msgpack-d repository to the dlang-community. I am positive about this transition as it would ensure the project's continued development and maintenance within a dedicated community.

Could you outline the steps required for the repository transfer?
