dmarc_view_reports: allow filtering by and displaying report ID

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When reviewing DMARC (DKIM, SPF) results, it can be required to correlate the processed report data with other sources (original reports, other participants of the email infrastructure etc).
Currently in dmarc_view_reports it is not possible to filter by the report ID or include it in the output.

Flags to display report ID in output and to filter by it.

Looking manually in the DB.
