Scryer Prolog version 0.9.3 is out!

Version 0.9.2 was released recently, but 0.9.3 is the first in a while to be uploaded to crates.io! It includes several big additions and changes: support for using Scryer Prolog as a library in another Rust application, compilation to WebAssembly which culminated in the Scryer Prolog playground at play.scryer.pl, and many bug fixes!

With the meetup freshly over it's hard for me to remember everything everyone contributed to the release, there was an awful lot in a short amount of time. Sincere apologies to everyone I left out here, but we have a lot to be proud of, it's truly inspiring work!

In this release, I am especially grateful for:

• the mentioned WASM and 32-bit support thanks to @rujialiu and the mentioned Scryer Prolog playground implemented and generously hosted by @aarroyoc
• rational numbers correction by @fayeed whose dashu work made the WASM support possible
• the possibility to use Scryer as a library by @lucksus and the team of Coasys together with excellent comments from many other contributors
• corrections and performance improvements to built-ins and meta-calls also thanks to great test cases by @bakaq and @UWN
• incredible dif/2 improvements by @bakaq, making Scryer one of the few Prolog systems that fully supports dif/2 as desired
• corrections and improvements to CLP(ℤ) by @notoria thanks to issues found by @UWN
• newly available phrase_from_stream/2 also by @bakaq
• improved ISO conformance based on many provided test cases and the great collection
• significantly improved HTTP server, including support for HTTPS thanks to @aarroyoc
• smaller binaries on several platforms thanks to @infogulch
• many CI improvements and precompiled binary for Ubuntu 22.04 also thanks @infogulch

Thank you also to everyone who tested and reported great issues that are now fixed in this release, @notoria, @mhemery, @haijinSk, @stefan-kral to name a few of you! As is typical for a new release, new issues are already being found and addressed! Everyone, please keep up the great work, and thank you again!
