Web Prolog actors in Scryer Prolog -- what would it take to make them work?

Torbjorn Lager gave a very interesting talk at the 2024 meetup. Here is a page from his book draft that was also in his talk:

I don't think we currently have the capability to do this in a single Scryer Prolog process, because there is no ability to asynchronously listen for messages. We'd have to use an external message bus, currently, and that's no fun!

Why not the ISO Prolog Multithreading proposal as a good place to start. Many Prologs already implement it, at least partially.

This could be the answer! Is that part of the "ISO standard" or what document would that be explained in?
