Run EnergyPlus 7.2 Mac (Terminal):

//Applications/EnergyPlus-7-2-0/bin/runenergyplus ~/Desktop/refbldg_smalloffice_new2004_v1-4_7-2/Updated/Chicago/RefBldgSmallOfficeNew2004_v1.4_7.2_5A_USA_IL_CHICAGO-OHARE.idf //Applications/EnergyPlus-7-2-0/WeatherData/USA_IL_Chicago-OHare.Intl.AP.725300_TMY3.epw

Run EnergyPlus 9.1 Mac on (Terminal):

  • /Applications/EnergyPlus-9-1-0/energyplus-9.1.0 in.idf
  • The file name needs to in.idf and the weather data file needs to be in the same folder with the name in.epw
