Transfer Pak can't select ROMs

Describe your system:

• Operating System (be specific): Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3
• Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64-bit
• Mupen64Plus version: 2.5.9
• Plugins used: Default plugins.

Describe the problem:

When I try to use the Game Boy Cartridges submenu in the File menu, I can select .sav files for the RAM, but I can't select .gbc files for the ROM. All .gbc files are faded and unable to be selected.
