Describe the bug

So I'm having issues configuring the multi-Monitor setup, I am able to use the 2 monitors, but I am unable to position the monitors correctly or move them around at all. Then after looking up and research on how to do it, I attempted again, and it was giving me a config error for the lines. I redo it bytaking the backup config and replacing it (same exact thing) and now its saying the misc.conf has invalid lines.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I went to monitor the monitor.conf
2. opened it, and started typing my monitor Id name an and what refresh rate I wanted
3. Then adjust the monitor the way I wanted to
4. I did the same for the second monitor as well
5. Then it gave me the conf line error on it
6. So i replaced the file with a copy of the back up file
7. Now it give me error of line 1 on misc.conf & error on line 22 on the misc.conf

Expected behavior
I ecpected the file to go to default like normal but it didn't, and gave me a new error
