Describe the bug
A typographical error in Hyprland settings app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the 'Cog' icon on waybar and open Hyprland settings
  2. Scroll down to 'Blur'
  3. Note the first config item is titled "Blue Enabled"

Expected behavior
The config item label should read "Blur Enabled".
