The software table should contain an mzdbtools record with the right version number

Currently software table contains a record with a software name being "TimsData2mzDB" and a version number being "0.9.10".
The main reason is to keep a backward compatibility with mzdb-access (https://github.com/profiproteomics/mzdb/tree/master/mzdb-access).

mzdb-access should be updated first to be more flexible regarding the parsing of software name/version fields.
