Support for voice messages

Using the OpenAI Whisper model to transcribe voice messages into a request for the bot.

I've thought about it but haven't found a real use case. Would you actually use this feature? Can you describe your use case?

also, forward voice message from another chat to transcript and do something

I'm hosting other bot with such a feature and it's quite useful: lets me forward voice messages (i'm not premium user of telegram).
It also re-sends content of voice message to chatgpt as a prompt.
