This is showing up in Cirrus logs:

DetailPrint: *** dnssec-trigger installation WAS found, configuring Unbound.
IfFileExists: file "C:\Program Files (x86)\DnssecTrigger\unbound.conf" does not exist, jumping 0
IfFileExists: file "C:\Program Files (x86)\DnssecTrigger\service.conf" does not exist, jumping 0
Jump: 2069
DetailPrint: *** dnssec-trigger installation was NOT found, not configuring Unbound.

Not sure if maybe silent installation of DNSSEC-Trigger is broken?
