Prompt user to remove ncp11 from Firefox profile #133

When we uninstall ncp11, we remove the Enterprise Policy value, but the user will still need to manually remove ncp11 from the Security Devices list in Firefox. We should notify the user of this when we remove the Enterprise Policy value.
