New home: nftables-rs GitHub organization!

Dear users and contributors,

this project, nftables-rs, grew within the NAMIB project as an interface to the complete feature set of nftables for the NAMIB Enforcer.

As the NAMIB project is defunct since end of 2022, as a standalone project nftables-rs should find a new home.
For this purpose, I registered the same-named GitHub organisation nftables-rs.

This repository will me migrated on December 15th, 2024 to the new organisation and will from then on be available at github.com/nftables-rs/nftables-rs (see #91). As usual, GitHub will ensure that web visitors and git remotes will be forwarded from the old URLs to the right place.

Regarding trust and transparency: We established full transparency about the group of maintainers and the security-related configuration of this GitHub repository and the crate ownership at crates.io: As of now, only @JKRhb and me, @jwhb, can administrate this repository and publish releases to crates.io.
By migrating this repository into a dedicated organisation, we can ensure and guarantee that the organization security settings reflect this.
