Feature Suggestion: Have a semi-transparent window title bar

I like the semi-transparent panel and thought it might work well and look beautiful and appealing to also have the window title bar semi-transparent. Maybe as another option besides light/dark?

Might be an idea to fix #606, to use different grades of transparency for focused and unfocused windows (but this alone won't be enough I think).

What do you think?
