Hi,
I am mostly a noob when it comes to FPGA dev. I’d like to mod my Famicom to get HDMI out. My understanding is that the FPGA core of NESTang reimplements all the chips from the NES to hardware emulate it. Would it be possible to keep the Audio and Video (PPU) part of NESTang and solder the TangNano at the correct places in a real hardware to get HDMI out?
Looking for solutions since HiDefNES has been discontinued for a long time.
Thanks!
