Improve UX/UI for locking $NATION needed for minting passport

Simplify the UI at https://app.nation3.org/lock for locking the amount required for minting a passport.

      @10xhunter Are you saying that you locked 2.00 `$NATION`, and then your `$veNATION` dropped to 1.999999999 shortly thereafter?

Problem: Users are mislead to believe that locking 2.00 $NATION would be enough for minting a passport, leading to unnecessary gas costs. For examples of this, see #161.

Solution: Improve the UI so that users will understand how the $veNATION mechanism works before locking their tokens.

if user use 2 nation for exect 4 year time lock they will get 2 $veNATION but when they will go for passport NFT claim their 2 $veNATION will drop below 2 because this process take some time(1,2 min) and $veNATION balance drops over time (on every block),so recommend use 2.01 value for tension free passport NFT mint.
