Revisit types exposed in Editor's default "select feature type" menu #112

Types with a defaultOrder set in the preset spreadsheet will appear in the default "select feature type" menu when a point, line, or area is added. The ordering is specific to each geometry type. If two or more presets from a given superclass are given a defaultOrder they are grouped in a category with the name of the associated superclass (see #85 (comment)).

There have been a number of new presets added since this was last set, so it's worth a revisit to ensure we're exposing everything that would be useful to a user without needing to search.
