doing npm install tilestrata-vtile on a fresh directory /%PATH/ results in mapnik being installed

/%PATH/node_modules/mapnik/
and
/%PATH/node_modules/tilestrata-vtile/node_modules/mapnik/

Maybe related, it also does not install tilestrata-vtile-raster but depends on it in code. I assume you want to extract the modules to be non-dependent at a later time, but right now they are.
