Lager ikke oppgave (og teller dette) dersom alle sykmelding-feltene vi sjekker har irrelevant innhold. Har i tillegg lagt på en telling dersom tekstlengde i feltene < 10. Lager fortsatt oppgave i disse tilfellene.
