Empty pages returned for mappings endpoint calls #94

BioPortal REST API call to retrieve all mappings between two ontologies:

http://data.bioontology.org/mappings?ontologies=GO-PLUS%2CRH-MESH

... returns a large number of empty pages. Page count is reported as 1007, but only pages 1 through 79 have data. The remaining 928 pages are empty.
