Access to Individual Dao Policy rules setting option

Describe the bug
I want to change my Dao initially chosen policy rules settings and I need help with that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'My Dao'
2. Click on 'Settings'
3. Scroll down to 'Dao Policy - Dao Rules'
4. Not accessible

Expected behavior
I believe as a council member and creator of the Dao, I should have access to this option as I would like to change proposal rule from "Members" to "All" and voting member rules from "Token weighted" to "Democratic"
