following rain or selecting rainfall is not included in this documentation

we need to add information on

forecast (icon and what does this ICON data contain)
rain (denmark, netherlands explain)

also: how do you select a rainfall and event, when do you see a preview (if you have the rights to see the layer) and when not
also, after adding a rainfall event, the rainfall is shown in a graph when using the point tool

CHECK:is there a time difference between the choosing of time in the live site versus the selection in Lizard?
