Self Hosted Version Documentation - Has not updated in 2 years, still stuck on TODO.

I love that neon is opensourcing this technology. But the fact that there is no effort in documentation, wastes a lot of time in figuring out what is happening with architecture. I would love to adopt server less approach, but the fact there is no more update on documentation shows seriousness about opensourcing the project. This means we would end up being vendor locked in future, and spend hell of time in migration when needed.

I would appreciate if documentation can be worked on for opensource version.
