2024-12-11T14:08:51.450173Z  WARN Azure Blob Storage list timed out and succeeded after 2 tries

There're a lot of them in the scrubber log. We should figure out what's going wrong there.

We see ~200 lines like this on each scrubber run

Vlad: would be surprised if this is throttling, based on looking at recent traces (our request rate wasn't high)
