Update docker network functions #107

The dockerfile for docker network functions should be modified so that

  • no script is automatically started at the vnf boot.
  • include the file start.sh to the container This file will then be run by the un-orchestrator when starting the network function.

Refer to https://github.com/netgroup-polito/un-orchestrator/blob/master/NFs/docker/firewall/Dockerfile as an example.
