Summary

This is a practical Google Colab notebook walking the user through some examples on coordinate-based meta-regression (written at the OHBM Brainhack).

Additional details

Benefit: more examples for meta-regression and how it compares to the meta-analyses provided on neurosynth.
Data used: Neurosynth (free Google Collab RAM is too limited to load NeuroQuery)

Next steps

Assess to which extend Google Collab is an appropriate choice (long computation time).
