md is the correct version of our data. so we have to be careful about how to maintain/keep it. can't overrite it.

  1. update full contact on /database/contacts/:email
  2. get that update from /database/contacts/:email
  3. only update particular parts of the md data, incase we have overwritten it:

=> update fullcontact parts of the data

patch already exists.

how to check what has changed from FC vs what we have changed? some kind of mark to say that this field has been changed. must do so we don't overright our own data with FC updates
