uncouple contacts and lists

• completely change how ContactCustomDescriptions shows customfields
• move to organizing by lists maybe?
• maybe like field1 --- belongs to --> [list1, list2, list3]

cases to consider:

• list customfield is created, contact customfield hasn't been filled (so it doesn't even show up in the contact object), do I show the field in the contact profile?

brainstorm solution:

• separate into 2 sections:

1. show existing contact customfields without showing which lists those fields belong to
2. have a dropdown/typeahead of lists that the contact is currently on and search to add list to add the contact to
