No access to a password protected calendar #810

Steps to reproduce

Click on New Subscription
Paste a link to a password protected calendar

Expected behaviour

The calendar app should show a login mask where you can login to the server which is providing the online calendar.

Actual behaviour

The app shows that the server denied the access to the calendar.
