Newly uploaded photos are not showing up in Photos

Images are stored in another disk and are added to the data directory through a soft link.
Added crontab to run'occ files:scan --all'.
Before everything was normal, since April new photos are not shown. But I can see the new pictures by browsing through the folder.

I experienced this on Nextcloud 28.0.7.4, and it persists after upgrading to 29.0.3.4. In my case, the photos are directly stored in the data directory (no softlink), although the entire data directory is a Docker mount to an external filesystem.
