Description

We expect a reasonable date axis on phylogenetic trees and reasonable branch points.

Examples

Possible solution(s)

  • Manually curate date annotations in the base of the global tree
  • Evaluate if separating by lineage provides consistent molecular clock estimates, or are at different rates
