Fix minor typos

This PR fixes multiple typos in several different modules.

    • nf-core subworkflows test <SUBWORKFLOW> --profile singularity
    • nf-core subworkflows test <SUBWORKFLOW> --profile conda

I didn't see anything that wasn't a comment or doc, so it shouldn't break anything 😬

Ran nf-core modules lint locally and nothing seemed to be out of place.
