  • Make a basic output of Multiqc for the stats
  • Make some basic plotting (output in pdf) like the one for the review
  • If we want, we can have the shiny app

In the end, multiqc is not well documented and is very tricky still to add custom plots. So i have added a main table that one can explore with scatter plots but we will have to rely on shiny or basic pdf for fancier plots!

In this PR #93 i added the basic multiqc support, so closed by #93
