The container for process DOWNLOAD_ALL_CBIOPORTAL needs to include :
bioconda::pypgatk=0.0.19
conda-forge::git-lfs=2.13.3
conda-forge::git=2.30.2
The container for process GNOMAD_DOWNLOAD needs to include :
conda-forge::gsutil=5.10
