Typically these functions should be automated in the background when the time comes instead of you manually running these. However, you can always do a more hands on review test as well to get more under the hood and understand how they work/could be improved/could evolve with other components (i.e. Data Coordination Tool Suite)**. In fact, running this manually should still be very easy:

**In the future, instead of the markdown report being posted to GitHub, we could just post it to whatever Data Coordination Tool Suite page renders these results.
This is essentially done but needs to hang out in the merge queue/blocked until #202 is merged first since it will rely on/need to incorporate the changes in
annotation_qc.R
made in #202.
