support LFS-upload through web interface

Some users prefer to solely use the web interface for datahub communication (no ARCitect or ARC commander).
And would like to upload e.g. larger image files, which should ideally (i) be tracked via LFS and still (ii) be visible as images in the UI.

This seemed to be a known issue and was apparently fixed: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/326342

A future update will most likely fix this. I will keep an eye on it.

It took Gitlab 3 years to fix it so would be good to check it soon.

Haha yes, it seems that they take quite a long time to ship such fixes....
