Using SIFERS pattern to setup test in spectator

Description

I am unable to follow the SIFERS when creating tests with Spectator. The call to createComponentFactory in setup method fails as it returns error "Could not load the summary for directive ". I want to make sure that the providers are set in the setup() method call.
