msh3

Minimal HTTP/3 library on top of microsoft/msquic and litespeedtech/ls-qpack. Currently supports:

• Sending and receiving request headers and payload.
• Static qpack encoding.
• Server validation can be optionally disabled ("unsecure" mode).
