I patched things a little. It works for me with IDEA 2016 now on linux + gdb 7.11

Also, @nicity, could you please opensource [cfserver.linux] also?
All the stuff is quite usable, but I'm afraid that maintaining cfserver would be impossible without sources.
I assume it is a thin wrapper around tcl?
