Unable to compile Turbo Pascal program #20

Unable to successfully compile any program in Turbo Pascel. I did the simplest program possible, just a Writeln() statement. It says the following:

Compiling
0

And hangs. I have to reboot the device.

Sometimes I will get an error 99.

I am running Console8 VDP version 2.1.0, and Console8 MOS version 2.1.0. Other CPM programs seem ok.
