Could libzip_all.c be updated to version >= libzip 0.11 to support UTF-8 file path? #7

The current version(0.9) is too old to support UTF-8 file path, could you kindly update the source update-to-date ?

I download the libzip-1.1.2.tar.gz, there are a lot of files , I can not simplely replace it with new file.

I believe that libzip-all.c is simply all the .c files in the .tar.gz merged together. Maybe you could merge those files together and open a PR?
