## RethinkDB options

## Available options. Set using key=value format.
## All options are optional. If not set the rethinkdb init script default value will be used.

## rethinkdb_runuser
## rethinkdb_rungroup
## User and group used to run rethinkdb
## Init script default: rethinkdb user and group
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 runuser=jack rungroup=people

## rethinkdb_pid-file
## Stash the pid in this file when the process is running
## Init script default: /var/run/rethinkdb/<name>/pid_file (where <name> is the name of this config file without the extension)
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 pid-file=/companyx/rethinkdb/pid_file

## rethinkdb_directory
## Directory to store data and metadata
## Init script default: /var/lib/rethinkdb/<name>/ (where <name> is the name of this file without the extension)
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 directory=/data/rethinkdb/companyx/

## rethinkdb_bind
## Address of local interfaces to listen on when accepting connections
## May be 'all' or an IP address, loopback addresses are enabled by default
## Default: all local addresses
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 bind=127.0.0.1

## rethinkdb_driver-port
## The port for rethinkdb protocol for client drivers
## Default: 28015 + port-offset
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 driver-port=28015

## rethinkdb_cluster-port
## The port for receiving connections from other nodes
## Default: 29015 + port-offset
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 cluster-port=29015

## rethinkdb_port-offset
## All ports used locally will have this value added
## Default: 0
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 port-offset=0

## rethinkdb_http-port
## Port for the http admin console
## Default: 8080 + port-offset
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 http-port=8080

## rethinkdb_cores
## The number of cores to use
## Default: total number of cores of the CPU
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 cores=2

## rethinkdb_joins
## The host:port of a node that rethinkdb will connect to
## *This option is set using key=array format
## Default: none
## e.g. rethinkdb-node1 joins=[rethinkdb-node2:29025, rethinkdb-node3:29035]

## Playbook options
###############################
## rethinkdb_cluster
## cluster=true will join all rethinkdb servers with eachother. It's a shortcut to typing out the indiviual joins=[] option for each server
## Use in global section
## Default: false

## rethinkdb_sshtunnel
## sshtunnel=true will use an ssh tunnel for all cluster communications. Installs and uses autossh and ssh port forwarding.
## Generates custom certs for each server and distributes accordingly.
## Only tested with all rethinkdb processes bound to 127.0.0.1 and hosts file pointing all rethinkdb servers to 127.0.0.1
## Requires each rethinkdb server to have a unique cluster-port.
