Hotfix release addressing a bug on fMRIPrep's resampling to standard spaces.
This release also includes some maintenance changes handling old versions of software.

I have finalized the deployment of this release manually by pushing a new nipreps/fmriprep:20.1.4 image to docker hub. The pypi package should be fine.

@mgxd raised the question of when releases prior to LTS (like this one) should be scheduled for discontinuation. In this particular case, I would suggest stopping the support for the 20.1.x series with this 20.1.4 release. If there's consensus, that means no 20.1.5+ will be ever released
