Windows configuration

I am working on configuring the winlogbeat tasks for this role, which runs on Windows. I do not know why, but I always get an error in the create stage when using a Windows Docker image. I remember that last year, I used the Vagrant driver for a Windows role. Now, when I am working on setting up with Vagrant, I have realized that it will not be possible to run winlogbeat on Github Actions, since Vagrant uses Virtualbox, and I do not think it will be possible to install everything in Github Actions. Is there another way this can be done, or should I just move on now and work on finishing this role, and come back to working with winlogbeat later?
