时间剖面图不支持era5数据源。能否后续支持？ #10

原因是ERA5没有dtime，需要多次请求获取每个时次的数据，而不像预报数值模式那样获取一次inittime就可以得到所有未来的dtime。能否改进一下支持ear5的时间剖面绘图呢…
