Fedora 27 seems to open a lot trouble. THe first dnf after installation even broke dnf itself in my case.

I've merged the PR from @lovenemesis

Please use F26 until we figure out what is going on with the F27 image.

Have the same issue in F27. Will switch to F26 for now.

Any progress on this? F26 has issues with Python2, but Python3 is OK so dnf doesn't break. Something is not kosher. It doesn't seem to be a widespread ARM problem - I don't get any google hits about it. But it happens on all my android devices with termux.

For reasons I truly do not understand, F27 now works perfectly under termux using nmilosev's recipe. Neither the docker image nor termux (still version 0.60) changed. But now it works. No more python/dnf/rpm issues. Fix coincides with release of F28. (Of course, there are no docker images for F28 yet.) Go figure.
